My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Volvo, and Michael was the salesperson who assisted us throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted, and Michael made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Even when we explained that a family member would be purchasing the vehicle for us, he was helpful and accommodating without making usfeel uncomfortable or questioned. He took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and kept us informed throughout the process. What stood out most was how respectfully and genuinely he treated us. We felt welcomed, valued, and appreciated as customers. The dealership was transparent with pricing and offers, which made the experience even better. Before we arrived, we left a voicemail right when the dealership opened. Michael called me back within 10 minutes and had already set the vehicle aside for us, which showed how attentive and proactive he was. With D&C Motors I was able to find the perfect combination of interior & exterior trim, with all the special OEM package options and the neatest set of custom rims in the country. Luis & Scott made the experience of purchasing my luxury bucket lis vehicle extremely entertaining and enabled me to negotiate a price that worked for us both. Their Showroom is like a high end candy store, there were a few other offerings that almost had me rethinkingmy decision. My car was immaculately detailed and fully fuelled ready for me to drive away, after a pressure free closing of the paperwork. I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My biggest concern going into the process was how long buying a car can sometimes take, but the team made everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. Wade and Joey were both fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional, accommodating, and took the time to address all of my requests without making me feel pressured. The process moved quickly while still making sure all of my questions were answered. I’m extremely happy with my Sentra, and it’s been an amazing vehicle so far. Recently purchased a vehicle from D&C Motors and we had a great experience. I was shopping around for a specific make&model for my teenage son and after visiting a different dealership, my son and I were disappointed. We were planning to fly 1000 miles away and to buy a car from out of state but on our way home from the first stop, we decided to stop by D&C Motors just to look at this car. Upon arrival , Owen greeted us and after learning what we’re looking for, he brought the vehicle right away and offered that we take it for a test drive. Having already my mind set on the vehicle from out of state, I kindly declined and left. Owen was very professional and respectful and was not “pushy” at all. After dealing with the salesman from the out of state , over the phone, I immediately notice a huge difference between the two and decided to go back to D&C the next day. Again, we weee greeted by Owen, whose attitude was the same as the day before. Very professional, charismatic and knowledgeable about the vehicle we’re looking to buy. I could tell, this guy loves what he does. We took the car for a test drive and we were impressed with it, so we decided to buy it. The whole process lasted about 25 minute and we were out the door with a vehicle in mint condition and a very happy young man entering adulthood driving his dream car. I could not thank enough D&C Motors for the great experience we had throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Owen and to Ben in the finance department, who also was very professional and did an outstanding job. They even followed up with me after a few days, just to check in and see how everything is going with the car and to ask if we’re pleased with the purchase. First of all, I’d like to start out but saying I have never in my life had a better experience buying a car! Granted, this was my first brand new off the lot purchase, but it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. I was working closely with Dustin, and he was the BEST! At no point did I feel pressured in any way, and he truly treated me like a person and not a dollar sign. Absolutely no sleazy salesman vibes, just a cool guy who was incredibly easy to talk to and wonderful at his job. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and he made the entire experience exceptional from the moment I took my car on a test drive to the moment I walked out the door with my keys. Not only was he wonderful, but every staff member I interacted with was of the same caliber, and we all now how rare a find that is at a car dealership. Michael was the kind of person that gives car salesmen a GOOD name. I honestly don't know how he could have been better! Thoughtful knowledgeable HONEST and he truly knows how to treat a customer. I would highly recommend him. It will be a refreshing experience !!. Joe the manager was awesome as well. I drove over 300 miles one way to deal with them and I'd do it again. Great experience!!
