I found the car on Carfax.com. It lead me to Klamath Falls Subaru. Paulo and Craig were my points of contact. Paulo and Craig were FANTASTIC! They were friendly, professional, and very astute. I highly recommend Klamath Falls Subaru, and if I were you, I'd ask for Paulo or Craig, you won't be sorry!!

I had a lovely experience working with this dealership. My salesman, Trever was courteous and helpful from initial contact through post-sale. The sales manager and rest of the team were all great as well. The dealership ended up finding me financing at a rate much better then I was able to find online prior. The offer for my trade in was more then fair considering it’s condition and I was so pleased at the entire experience that when an offer was presented, I didn’t even haggle.. and I ALWAYS haggle.. I don’t generally describe think of going to a dealership as an enjoyable experience, but this one was! Next time I need a vehicle, I’m checking here first.. Thanks crew!... More

I bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Chris. He was amazing. I had a really nice time looking around the lot and he helped find exactly what I was looking for. Even though there was a ton of paperwork, the process was painless and they helped explain everything I needed to know going in to making this decision. I had an amazing experience with Gladstone! Max worked with me to get me in the truck of my dreams and was super helpful and had a great attitude the whole time. Super good with communicating with me and working with my schedule. When it came time to finance, Anthony was great to work with. He did a fantastic job of keeping me informed during the process and worked with my credit union and helped to meet my needs and wants as a buyer. TOP TIER CREW HERE! I have purchased a number of vehicles in my lifetime, and this is by far the best experience so far. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me. Carlos and Anthony specifically were the main gentlemen who handled my transaction, but the entire team was so friendly and helpful. No BS - just an overall great purchase experience without unnecessary upsells or gross "salesy" tactics. Highly recommend! From being incredibly responsive to my first inquiry to handing me the keys to my new ride, Rakan was complete awesome sauce. Finance was great to work with (shocker)! Everyone was friendly and there were only good vibes in this place. I wish I had found D&C Motors before going through some of the other hoops I had jumped (stumbled) through previously. I couldn't recommend them more. Their showroom is filled with some of the most beautiful vehicles I have ever seen, music was actually really great and it smells really good in there too. :) Who knew buying a car could be that painless and, dare I say it, really fun!
