Update: After a BBB complaint was filed, the dealership contacted me and replaced the electronic parking brake button at no cost. The issue has been resolved. I brought my Nissan Leaf in for a recall service. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the electronic parking brake button trim was lifted and misaligned. This was observed on first use, while I was still at the dealership. I reported the issue to the service desk right away. After checking with the technician, I was told that the technician did not operate the electronic parking brake, and no further inspection or review was offered. While the issue itself is minor, it was clearly identified immediately after service, and the lack of willingness to review or inspect a concern raised on the spot was disappointing. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Volvo Cars Bend and we had an outstanding experience. In fact, it was probably the best dealership we have worked with. The entire process was smooth, friendly, transparent, and low pressure. We worked with Kyle Rynearson in Sales and Jamie Brown in Finance. Kyle was very personable and easy to work with. He was committed to understanding exactly what we were seeking and matching us with the perfect vehicle. He also took his time to fully explain all of the vehicle’s features during the test drives and final delivery process. Was able to Docusign most everything and when we went to pick the car up the whole thing was less than 15 mins. Huge thanks to the D&C team, but specifically Trever and Scott! Been in the market for a luxury SUV for quite some time, but nothing with my preferred ideal specs. From the first virtual warm welcome to the in-person interaction, Trever left a lasting impression. Trever was incredibly accommodating, transparent, professional, personable, and “chill and cool as a cucumber” (which really took away the anxious pressure off the car shopping experience!). Not only did he introduce himself and offer to answer any questions I may have about the vehicle, but was also open to sharing more information about the D&C Motor Company (rare instance and stood out to me). I was very impressed with his knowledge re: the vehicle, especially given their expansive diverse luxury inventory. Through shared decision-making, we ultimately agreed on an equitable agreement and met Scott to discuss financial details, whom was extremely knowledgeable and provided options to personalize my needs. Every process is lengthy, but Scott made the process efficient, smooth and fun. Also had fun random interactions with other team members. I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness and organized showroom…and every. single. car was kept in pristine condition (including mine). The customer service felt luxurious yet relaxing. I had recently started to shop for a new vehicle and had gone to many places hoping i’d find a good deal on a tacoma for work. Given my circumstances most dealerships shot me down and told me to return when my credit had improved in a year or so but not these guys! Tyler and Alex were able to work with me and got me into a truck that fit my needs for work and figured it out with what we had to work with. They did a great job.
