Exceptional service. Shout out to Joel, Carlos and Joey. I inquired about the vehicle and was quickly approved for financing. Carlos was sent from Beaverton to Keizer to pick me up, so I could sign documents and drive the vehicle home that same day. No pressure to look at a different vehicle. Simple and clear explanations with signing all the documents. For someone who dreads shopping for a vehicle, this was a smooth and stress free experience. Thank you!!

We recently purchased a RAM Power Wagon truck from Gresham (CDJR). We can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with our salesperson, "Lewis". He was extremely kind and exceptionally professional. He was knowledgeable, transparent and an absolute pleasure to work with. "Yousif" was the person we met with in the finance department - He was also exceptionally professional and wonderful to work with. I don't normally write reviews for dealerships where I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, but the customer service I received from Volvo Cars Bend was good enough that I felt they deserved one!
I was shopping from out of state, and everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They took the time to provide detailed vehicle walkarounds, answer my questions, and give me all the information I needed without ever making me feel like I was less of a priority becauseI wasn't physically at the dealership.
They genuinely made me feel welcomed and valued as a potential customer. I really wanted to purchase a vehicle from them, but ultimately ended up going a different direction simply because I found a vehicle elsewhere that better fit what I was looking for.
Even though they didn't get my business this time, they absolutely earned my respect and will be one of the first dealerships I contact the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

Tony as well as their finance department could not have made things easier or more pleasant. We got a great deal on a new Outlander and the kids could not be happier to get some extra room. The dealership is clean and everyone is professional. I would recommend them to family and friends for new or used vehicles. Go see Tony for an upgrade :) Much better deals than CarMax fyi.

Great customer service. Never felt pressured. They worked with me to find a payment plan I could live with. Didn’t have to deal with multiple people which I loved, just the sales rep and the finance person. I left feeling good about my purchase.

Kyle and Eric were wonderful to work with. Kyle's extensive knowledge of Volvos systems was very helpful. They both stayed in touch but were not "pushy" which gave us the opportunity to thoroughly think through which vehicle we wanted for the purchase.
We would recommend Volvo to our friend's.
