Ben is the BEST! I would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. Smooth buying experience! Ben was just an all around awesome dude, and felt no pressure like you can feel from other sales people. If you are in the market for a new car, make sure you ask for BEN!

I love Volvo of Bend. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. I worked mainly with Kyle and Mike and they knew everything about the cars I was test driving and they gave me really good feedback that helped me make the best decision for me. I feel I got a fair price and I can’t wait to pick up my car on Tuesday and finally have the car of my dreams.
Everybody there was professional and kind and fun to work with. I highly recommend them!!!

I’ve brought my high-mileage Subaru to the Klamath Falls Subaru service center several times over the past two years, and the service has always gone above and beyond.
Before coming to the dealership, I tried a few other mechanics in town, but they could never pinpoint the exact issue with my car. The service team at Klamath Falls Subaru is consistently spot-on with their diagnostics. They really do take the time to do the job right, and I haven’t had to come back for the same issue twice. Additionally, my car needed some bigger repairs recently, and they went out of their way to work with me on the costs. They've always been honest and transparent about pricing, and I never felt like I was being overcharged or upsold.
It was hard to find a trustworthy mechanic in town, but these guys have been solid every single time. Chris, Brandon, and Daniel have all been awesome to work with. They have great work ethic and are super knowledgeable and professional. Wade was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with in sales. He listened to what I needed and made the sales process painless. I went to another dealer before and did not have the same experience. After being towed into town on Saturday, I phoned shortly after the service department opened on a Monday morning. Brandon was informative and got my 2004 Forester looked at promptly to see what parts needed to be ordered. Brandon was helpful and friendly as kept me updated on the status of the repairs. He never over-promised and got me on my way back to Reno Tuesday afternoon. Rob and his team helped us find the perfect vehicle to replace my car that had been totaled in an accident only a couple of hours before. My 2025 Crosstrek Wilderness would’ve been a beast in the So Oregon winters but now we are in So Cali where we hope to take it on some desert adventures ☺️

As someone who works in real estate and understands the value of top-notch customer service, I was genuinely impressed.
