Update: After a BBB complaint was filed, the dealership contacted me and replaced the electronic parking brake button at no cost. The issue has been resolved.
I brought my Nissan Leaf in for a recall service. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the electronic parking brake button trim was lifted and misaligned. This was observed on first use, while I was still at the dealership.
I reported the issue to the service desk right away. After checking with the technician, I was told that the technician did not operate the electronic parking brake, and no further inspection or review was offered.
While the issue itself is minor, it was clearly identified immediately after service, and the lack of willingness to review or inspect a concern raised on the spot was disappointing.
I followed up in writing to document the issue, but did not receive a response. Overall, the service experience did not meet expectations.... More

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Volvo Cars Bend and we had an outstanding experience. In fact, it was probably the best dealership we have worked with. The entire process was smooth, friendly, transparent, and low pressure.
We worked with Kyle Rynearson in Sales and Jamie Brown in Finance. Kyle was very personable and easy to work with. He was committed to understanding exactly what we were seeking and matching us with the perfect vehicle. He also took his time to fully explain all of the vehicle’s features during the test drives and final delivery process. Jamie did a great job getting us through the finance process efficiently and helping us sort out all the options in a friendly, professional manner.
We were considering many different makes for our new vehicle purchase. After visiting Volvo Cars Bend to test drive a couple different models and having such a positive experience working with Kyle, we decided there was no reason to continue searching - it just felt right to buy a Volvo and work with the team at Volvo Cars Bend. What an amazing experience with Carson and Anthony and the general manager at Wilsonville Mitsubishi. Was able to Docusign most everything and when we went to pick the car up the whole thing was less than 15 mins. They worked some serious magic to get us the down payment Apr and monthly payment we wanted to be at. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Quick, painless and no jumping from sales person to sales person. You guys are awesome!

I was getting ready to leave KF on my way back to Washington State and the low oil light came on. I went to KF Subaru Service and Brandon squeezed me in even though I had no appointment and they were short-staffed. He topped off the oil and then checked under the car to ensure that no oil sensor wires had been compromised. Going above and beyond! I so appreciate his care...

Huge thanks to the D&C team, but specifically Trever and Scott! Been in the market for a luxury SUV for quite some time, but nothing with my preferred ideal specs. From the first virtual warm welcome to the in-person interaction, Trever left a lasting impression. Trever was incredibly accommodating, transparent, professional, personable, and “chill and cool as a cucumber” (which really took away the anxious pressure off the car shopping experience!). Not only did he introduce himself and offer to answer any questions I may have about the vehicle, but was also open to sharing more information about the D&C Motor Company (rare instance and stood out to me). I was very impressed with his knowledge re: the vehicle, especially given their expansive diverse luxury inventory. Through shared decision-making, we ultimately agreed on an equitable agreement and met Scott to discuss financial details, whom was extremely knowledgeable and provided options to personalize my needs. Every process is lengthy, but Scott made the process efficient, smooth and fun. Also had fun random interactions with other team members.
I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness and organized showroom…and every. single. car was kept in pristine condition (including mine). The customer service felt luxurious yet relaxing.

Every dealer tries their best to work with the inventory they have, especially when it comes to used, and the potential challenges/hurdles/competition that come along with it everyday. However, this team’s unique personality and formed connection(s) are what locks clients in. Don’t form assumptions and don’t hesitate to ask them clarifying questions.

My experience at Mitsubishi of Gladstone was nothing short of exceptional and genuinely deserves recognition. I purchased my vehicle on 01/16/2026, and from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away, the entire process exceeded every expectation I had.
I had been searching for the right 2021 BMW M3 for months. Anyone who knows high performance and luxury vehicles understands that finding the right one is not just about availability. It is about condition, history, transparency, and working with people who actually respect what these cars mean to enthusiasts. That is exactly what I found here.
Carson, my salesman, was absolutely outstanding. From day one, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. He understood the performance and luxury aspect of the BMW M lineup and treated the transaction with the respect it deserved. Trading in my 2014 BMW M6 could have been complicated, but Carson handled it seamlessly. He was fair, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. Driving away in a 2021 BMW M3 after months of searching was incredibly satisfying, and the dealership played a huge role in making that moment special.

If you’re thinking of buying a car with D & C Motors, I highly recommend you make contact with Hayden. He is the true definition of a professional salesman, Which can be a rare find in car sales. From start to finish all, my questions were answered, and negotiations right upfront. All of this was done over the phone, my car was delivered to my home and they picked up my trade-in.
