My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Volvo, and Michael was the salesperson who assisted us throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted, and Michael made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Even when we explained that a family member would be purchasing the vehicle for us, he was helpful and accommodating without making us feel uncomfortable or questioned. He took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and kept us informed throughout the process.
What stood out most was how respectfully and genuinely he treated us. We felt welcomed, valued, and appreciated as customers. The dealership was transparent with pricing and offers, which made the experience even better. Before we arrived, we left a voicemail right when the dealership opened. Michael called me back within 10 minutes and had already set the vehicle aside for us, which showed how attentive and proactive he was.
Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. We truly appreciate Michael's professionalism and excellent customer service, and we would also like to recognize Troy, the Finance Manager. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, and both he and Michael made us feel like we were catching up with friends rather than going through a typical car-buying process. I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My biggest concern going into the process was how long buying a car can sometimes take, but the team made everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.
Wade and Joey were both fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional, accommodating, and took the time to address all of my requests without making me feel pressured. The process moved quickly while still making sure all of my questions were answered.
I’m extremely happy with my Sentra, and it’s been an amazing vehicle so far. The customer service was outstanding, and even the little touches, like having complimentary cold water available, were appreciated and refreshing during the visit.

Recently purchased a vehicle from D&C Motors and we had a great experience. I was shopping around for a specific make&model for my teenage son and after visiting a different dealership, my son and I were disappointed. We were planning to fly 1000 miles away and to buy a car from out of state but on our way home from the first stop, we decided to stop by D&C Motors just to look at this car. Upon arrival , Owen greeted us and after learning what we’re looking for, he brought the vehicle right away and offered that we take it for a test drive. Having already my mind set on the vehicle from out of state, I kindly declined and left. Owen was very professional and respectful and was not “pushy” at all. After dealing with the salesman from the out of state , over the phone, I immediately notice a huge difference between the two and decided to go back to D&C the next day. Again, we weee greeted by Owen, whose attitude was the same as the day before. Very professional, charismatic and knowledgeable about the vehicle we’re looking to buy. I could tell, this guy loves what he does. We took the car for a test drive and we were impressed with it, so we decided to buy it. The whole process lasted about 25 minute and we were out the door with a vehicle in mint condition and a very happy young man entering adulthood driving his dream car. I could not thank enough D&C Motors for the great experience we had throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Owen and to Ben in the finance department, who also was very professional and did an outstanding job. They even followed up with me after a few days, just to check in and see how everything is going with the car and to ask if we’re pleased with the purchase. When shopping for a used car, I strongly recommend D&C Motors, I already know where I’ll be shopping for the next vehicle for upcoming drivers in my family. Thanks again!... More

Its been a year this month that I bought my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. Redeagle took the time to find me a perfect car. The best part of my car raises me up so I can see above the steering wheel. With all my old cars I'd have to use several pillows which wasn't safe because they'd move. Over all my Nissan is the best car I've ever purchased.

Probably my easiest car buying experience ever. Our salesman was knowledgeable about everything we looked at, guided us on how to optimize our test drives, and was upfront about pricing and options. We looked at another dealership that had dirty used cars and did not offer any information about vehicles we were looking at. Honda earned the sale and stayed late to finish our paperwork since we had driven two hours to get there. Our return visit to the service department for added items was quickand pleasant. I had a great experience working with Trevor at D&C Motor Company. From start to finish, he made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Made it out of there within less than 2 hours! He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured at any point. Trevor really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me lock in the exact car I wanted at a solid price. Communication was on point the whole time—he stayed responsive, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Purchased a 2024 Outlander Ralliart, and it was a pleasure!!!!! Milton the GSM Was extremely friendly and Anthony the finance manager was great and was very educated. But he needs to iron his clothes :). Max the salesmen was smooth to work with and was not pressuring me since the jump!!! Would recommend!!!

I recently underwent the process of car shopping, which brought me into contact with several car dealerships, as I made inquiries about availability of the vehicle I was seeking. As such I probably spoke with 4 or 5 different Ram dealerships in Oregon and Washington. Out of them all, Gresham CDJR was a standout experience. The gentleman that assisted me, Luis Plantillas, was very knowledgeable about their vehicles on site and the various model features, fast and efficient in providing all the requisite information I needed to facilitate an out of state vehicle purchase, and had the vehicle and all paperwork ready upon my arrival for a streamlined purchase process. I worked with finance manager, Yusif who was very easy going and explained all my purchase and warranty options with no pressure to go one way or another during the closing process.
This was such a great experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Ram truck. My out the door cost for the same year, make and model truck, with matching features, to one at a different dealership near my home, was such a better deal in Gresham, and it was a no haggle price. It was an unbelievable savings and worth the quick trip down and back. Highly recommend this Dodge Ram dealership. They rocked!... More
